While working for the online food delivery giant, I was the go-to guy for proactive ideas. So I decided to create a template that acted as a Y-Combinator for big business bets. Every week I presented reactive, edgy ideas to the CMO and they went from being a kernel to a slack channel and finally into remarkable work that earned an outsized share of the conversation.
